Pleasant sweet aroma and no strong flavours from this palatable organic. Creamy with mild shades of peach and smoke. Strong flavour from the bourbon vanilla and of molasses from the organic sugar. Steady length. Slight hint of orgaic ‘earthiness’ but nice enough. A good eat.
