Enjoyable organic bar dominated by a ‘cooked milk’ taste. Seems not so sweet for a bar with a lower cocoa content.

Full flavoured for its 55%, this chocolate seems to have an almost ‘cooked’ taste to it, rather like chocolate fudge.
Good looking with an earthy rubbery aroma. Hints of malt, dried coconut and roast almond combine with a comforting cooked milk flavour to make this an enjoyable, well balanced organic semisweet.
