… a woman should know … not my title I should make clear before I start getting emails! Rather a monthly feature in the Feb 2005 edition of Eve Magazine in the UK (www.evemagazine.co.uk). This month the theme was the “World’s most expensive chocolate”, as advised by and quoting yours truly.

At the time of writing I reckoned this to be Amedei Porcelana, though by now it’s probably Valrhona’s rather less convincing version of the ‘champagne’ of cacao beans.
