Happy New Year to you all! And welcome to our new feature, the Seventypercent Chocolate Blog.
This will be a kind of ad hoc journal, diary and general what’s going on in the world of Seventypercent and fine chocolate, from my own personal point of view. I guess I wanted to get this going because I’ve always got something to say about chocolate, but never the time to write it up in features, etc. Also this gives me a bit more chance for personal opinions, which might not always be the same as the considered view of the site. This way I can also keep the site up to date with news as it happens.
Anyway, I look forward to the challenge of trying to keep this going, and look forward to any comments from readers in the forum.
