Valentine’s special version of our regular monthly tasting event, with an introduction to fine chocolate and sampling of the latest chocolate bars featured in our monthly Connoisseurs Club, including winner from this year’s Academy of Chocolate Awards.
Our special guest this month will be chocolatier Marc Demarquette, a rising star on the London chocolate scene. Marc will showing us how he makes his ganaches, while we’ll have a chance to sample his fillings and some of the products available in his Fulham Road shop.
The formal part of the tasting will be followed by chocolate related chat in the Kitchen bar and we’ll also have some of our range available for purchase.
