William Curley Dessert Bar visit
Today six of us from the group paid an eagerly anticipated visit to William Curley’s new shop and dessert bar in Mayfair and were not dissapointed!
We began with a chilled pre dessert of chilled mint chocolate milk topped with creme chantilly & chocolate flakes. We were then spoilt for choice with such delights as Amedei Chuao Chocolate Tart with compote Raspberries & Kyoto Green Tea Ice Cream, and Chocolate Millefeuille with dark & white chocolate mousse, with orange yogourt ice cream. We watched them all prepared right in front of us by the two chefs with such attention to detail we were presented with mini chocolate works of art! They tasted as good as they looked, and the two chefs were friendly and talked us through each dessert. Then couldn’t leave without purchasing one of the delicious looking brownies and some chocolates for the journey home.



Overall a great experience, though would definately advise booking ahead!
