Finishing the week off with a bang, Martin Christy and Seventypercent.com will host an evening of tasting, talks and demos with the talented Mr Curley – UK Chocolatier of the year for the second year running. In this feature packed evening – great for both beginners and connoisseurs, we explore the flavours and inspirations behind William’s creations.

Choosing the best ingredients is key to making the best chocolates, and this goes for the quality of chocolate used as well. Martin Christy will introduce William’s favourite, Amedei, followed by a tasting of fine teas and matching chocolate, led by John Kennedy of TeaSmith. William will then show us how he uses these ingredients to create a superb tea ganache. After a short break and a chance to mingle, the evening will continue with a tasting of fine Sake, which William will use to create a Sake truffle. The night will finish with a palate cleansing dessert and William’s team will be on hand for chats and mini-demos afterwards.
