I wanted to find out if you might be interested in featuring Cotton Tree Chocolate, http://cottontreechocolate.com/ at one of the tastings. Cotton Tree Chocolate is made in Belize with beans sourced from the Toledo Cacao Growers Association (TCGA, a farmers’ cooperative based in Punta Gorda, Belize.
