  1. Personally I suspect not, so Vettel is my pick for China. I’ve left it rather late to call, so I’m giving Duffy a bye if he wants to make his pick after qualifying.

  2. I think you are making the right call but the McLarens are a tiny bit nearer the fastest car in China and nobody else seems to getting any closer. Renault are looking good, but not that good. Ferrari need up-grades fast and Mercedes seem to have part-cured their recent woes. I can’t choose Webber as it’s not clear where or why he is losing time to Vettel and I’ve never beena big fan. Button for me again.
Qualifying on the radio today as we head for the Ramsbottom Chocolate Festival – and I shall miss the race tomorrow too.

  3. I’m a bit early to make my pick for the Turkish GP but as I am away all of this week I should do it before I forget. Tricky – I thought Martin would win last time but it seems you can only work out what is the fastest race strategy after the race – which isn’t much help. I think I will plump for Jenson Button again for Turkey, more out of hope than expectation. He blew his chances last time and Lewis might ultimately be slightly faster but… we must be due some bizarre weather or other freaky chance happening that might just allow his craft to shine. We shall see.
