		<description>I had 2 different experiences with this bar in the same year, 2010.  These are my notes on the taste:
-Feb 2010: Deeply satisfying; I really like this flavor!  Grain &amp; Nut.  Mellow.  Long lasting flavor.  It mostly maintains the same satisfying note throughout, so it&#039;s not overly complex, but it tastes so good that I don&#039;t mind this at all.
-Dec 2010: Too mild. Very limited range. Dairy- cream, butter.  Some molasses.  Average range but rather limited.  I&#039;m not that impressed.</description>
