hello all, my name is jonathan collins, iam the owner of Thomas Francis Chocolatier Ltd based in humberside in the uk.
I would be greatful if any uk based chocolate shops could email me with regards to making a list of all the people whom make fresh produce by hand, aswell it would be great to network with people who belive that its great for the trade to have all theres little artizan chocolatiers in the uk.
