I'm interested in learning as much as I can about chocolate and from all the research I've done, it's pretty slim pickins when it comes to courses. I found this website (www.ecolechocolat.com) that offers an online program. It's pretty expensive but seems very comprehensive.

I'm wondering if anyone's heard of it or has taken the course and would like to give me some feedback.
