I need your help! I am currently in the process of developing some nut based products, but as I work for Cadbury, I have a lot of work to do on various H&S issues surrounding this, as well as researching the sales levels of these kind of products for other chocolate retailers before I can commence with anything else. My question is this: Roughly what percentage of your sales do nut based products constitute?
If you feel that you don't want to share this information with me, I totally understand, but it is for a genuine reason. I just need to build a business case to be able to go ahead with what I want to do, and your help would be massively appreciated!
