The two-day course is £285 inc VAT but excluding accommodation - we still have a couple of places - please drop me an email to chocshop@aol.com if you would like to see the full programme and details of hotels in the area.

This course is really inspiring as it is held in a purpose-built teaching facility above a chocolate factory & retail outlet.

I'm really interested in the extended two day course running in September, do you have confirmation of price details etc, and are you compiling a list of attendees as yet?

Not sure if anyone is interested, but next Tuesday 26th July we are running a course on Starting a Chocolate Business.

The course is mainly practical - so you will learn how to temper chocolate and produce filled & moulded chocolates, you will also learn about shelf life, machinery, trading standards, packaging, etc, etc.
