	<description><![CDATA[<p>I have started a new online chocolate company, No Nuts...just Chocolate (www.nonutsjustchocolate.com) and wanted to know what the best (and cheapest) method for storage was during warm summer months.  (Short of a fully air-conditioned storage facility, which my budget cannot quite stretch to yet!)</p>
