I have never been required to install grease traps.

Does anyone know if I should be putting in a grease trap, or running some kind of flushing liquid through monthly to keep the pipes clean?

Hello,

I have recently completed an easy to follow, self guided course for anyone wanting to delve into the world of chocolate. Whether you are a serious hobbyist or just want to learn a new technique, there is something in this book for you. Check it out at:

http://www.domainechocolat.com

If anyone is interested in reviewing the book, I'd love to hear some feedback.

Best of luck!

I’m leaning towards an e-reader right now because I never seem to have my current book with me when I need it. Then I usually have that same book lying around for months before I finally finish it, really nice resource about the chocolate related terms and its making process.

It's not a super beautiful interface since it's in Java, but it definitely works.
