Is it worth entering the world chocolate awards?
Silly question... or not?..Judges will be entering in one category and judging in another which raises the question of impartiality, particularly as a judge who has entered in one event can quite easily neutralise a perceived competitor who has entered in another class...your esteemed comments please...[;)]
