Now we have our regular monthly tastings established, I'm thinking of holding a one off 'experts' tasting. This wouldn't include much of an introduction into fine chocolate, but would be aimed at more experienced connoisseurs where we could exchange experiences and look more deeply into flavour notes, history of a particular bar, etc.

There would need to be a cover charge to cover costs and Seventypercent would provide the chocolate - with some new and obscure chocolate if possible.

The event would be in London, hopefully within the next few months. We need to know if people would be interested before booking the venue, so please let me know here if you might like to attend.
