Chantal Coadys 'The Chocolate Companion' won the Chocolate ‘Oscar' Award for Best Chocolate Book from the Eurochocolate Festival in Perugia. If I remember right you can she writes about the festival in her book 'Real Chocolate' were you also can find a few recepies from her dear friend Paul DeBondt. Paul DeBondt is a masterchocolatier living in Tuscany and he has appeared on the festival, sharing his skills. This is a worldfamous festival appreciated among chocolatier and others all over the World. Eurochocolate today has spread to other Italian citys.

October 16th - 24th
