Only the best ingredients are used to create Des Alpes couvertures: whole bean roasted cocoa beans, natural vanilla, Swiss sugar, and Swiss milk. Pre-rolling and rolling reduce the particle size and conching is done for up to 72 hours, both processes combined create the smooth mouthfeel of couverture.
