i am looking at developing chilli chocolates, and I thought I had found a good supplier who supply the chilli in pellet form. It has a really strong kick, and because it is in dry pellet form, you don't get chilli everywhere! However, they will only let me order a minimum of one metric tonne, which is outrageous! At the predicted sale rate, it would take me three and a half years to get rid of it!
Does anyone know of any other suppliers?
