Glad to help - say hi to John if you speak to him. Would love to stop to see your cakes - there's a great Vietanamese restaraunt I like to go to in SF as well, and a killer Brazilian place (it's the only place i've found that carries the schincariol - good stuff!). No shortage of good eats out there!

Thank you, thank you. They've got much more we can use as well.

Next time you're in the area, stop by for some cake (but wait until we open, 'round December).

Thanks again.

Hi, I'm looking for something I think are called "Kuegle" (I'm translating from a japanese-language Valrhona catalogue, so not sure of the spelling), small hollow chocolate balls made to be filled with ganache and then covered to make truffles.

Anybody have any idea what these are called, and where I can get some? We'll be needing loads (for a patisserie here in the San Francisco area).

Thanks,
Shawn
