I've never seen/used them so I can't vouch for the process but it may be worth investigating. Alternatively, depending on what you're moulding, you could also get customised transfer sheets to put your logo on???

I haven't run into anything reasonable yet. The lowest custom polycarbonate prep costs I've encountered are in the $10k range. (Although there may be someone else on the forum with a better lead!)

I imagine the scale you need would make this impractical, but I've played with making my own just for fun. There's an interesting post on it here:
