<p>Try Keylink CH series (is that the same as the MM series?)if you are just starting out...CH08 =8kg</p>
<p>Once you have your pre-crystallised chocolate in there....before it runs out...top it up with warm melted chocolate like the Canadian confectioner told you to on the other article.</p>

<p>There is no such thing as a chocolate reject - if you can fit it in your mouth, it wont be rejected!!</p>
