They are agents for several mold and equipment suppliers from across europe, and therefore have quite a large range of products available. I have found them to be quite reasonably priced.

THE TRAY I USE AT PRESENT IS 7 ROWS WHICH IS ABOUT 6" X 8" AND HOLDS 35 TRUFFLES PER TRAY BUT I AM STRUGGLING TO GET THEM AT PRESENT AND THEY COME FROM HOLLAND. HOPE YOU CAN HELP[:D]
