I buy all my boxes from these people "chocolat-chocolat" They are very nice and helpful and have a wide variety of products.

One line from Italy I have used can be found @ http://www.chocolat-chocolat.com/c237333.2.html The pictures do not do the product justice. Each box, many sizes and colors, is a matte finish, vivid color outside, with metallic gold inside. Ribbon and matching handle as well.
