This company (Zingerman's) is pretty discriminating. They've got El Rey, Valrhona, Cluizel..they definitely cater to the upscale yuppie "they haven't seen THIS" crowd. (Would that be me? I wonder.)[;)]

I love Zingerman's stuff. Actually I love reading their catalog even more. They just have this way of describing their items that makes me want EVERYTHING.
