This is slightly old news and we now have a review up at http://www.seventypercent.com/chocop/bar_detail.asp?ID=91. It's a good bar, not their best but a good eat none the less.

Bonnat are a real artisan company, producing slightly rough, gritty chocolate with no added vanilla. Many of their bars are top notch and they have some new ones I'm still trying to get hold of.

One new bar I do have is their milk bar, Java, which is 65% cocoa!! Very interesting - I think it might be time to add milk bars to the Chocopaedia soon, not sure how they will fit in yet though.

Bonnat, Cluizel and Valrhona all have Java milk bars now and a side by side comparison would be interesting.

Hey Admin
Tell us more about this up and coming mystery bar... It must be a Bonnnat bar, single estate named (translated) Estate of the Rosary... I've never tried Bonnat, so I'm not sure if I should be excited... I do like their packaging though...

Oh no! My Agustus!
