<p>I think there is earthiness - like you might find in the El Rey range, and there is the actual sensation you are eating soil - which seems to happen with some organic chocolate. I would see the latter as a definite minus point and something that has dogged organic chocolate for a long while. The newer bars coming out seem to be a lot better.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>What exactly is the earthy taste that I hear mentioned when describing some chocolate. Is it good or bad, generally? Could somebody maybe name some earthy bars that I could sample? As many of you know, I've been eating El Rey's Gran Saman and Apamate, which both have tastes that I would consider earthy, especially the Gran Saman.</p>
