	<description><![CDATA[<p>I've tried the Valrhona 85, and I didn't like it at all.  The label touts their use of the "finest cocoa beans from Africa", and it definitely tastes like harsh Forastero beans to me.  It's probably my least favorite Valrhona product.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Legodude, if I remember correctly Manjari doesn't exist in 75 g bars without orange peel. I find the tasting squares too small to get a real taste of it and prefer to have a big block and a good knife ... Because of my consume there is also a question of economy involved. Example Amedei Chuao 50g bar is 50 NOK (approx 6 €?) while the 1 kg block is 300 NOK (35 €), ie. 1 NOK pr gram versus 0,3 NOK pr gram - that's what I call a good deal. What it says about my consume is another topic ;-) As for the Araguani, the patisserie 'chain' Pascal (Bill Clinton stopped at the one close to the Royal Castle on his visit!) has used Araguani in their cakes for quite a long time. I guess they've only got branches in Oslo. In fact, they have got a cafe next door to Jacob's so take a break on your next chocolate trip.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>LoneLy, I know they have the 200g blocks at Jacobs, they are also avalable here in Bergen, but for tasting it is more convenient with the 75g bars. At least I can get Manjari in 4 or 5 gram tasting squares. The Araguani should also have been avalable in these squares. I find it kind of strange of Valrhona, to "hide away" the Araguani. I am quite interested in chocolate and Valrhona, and I was not aware of the Araguani until a month ago. And Martinc says it is two years old!</p>

In addition, Valrhona just released their "Collection Gran Crus de Chocolat Noir" which includes squares of Manjari, Caraibe, Guanaja, and Araguani. This seems to be their first step to introducing Araguani on a more widescale basis. </p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe Valrhona feel they have too many retail products already ... Also Araguani did seem a bit heavy for an eating chocolate (but I still ate a box of the beans!) Then again in a bar it might seem better, certainly worth a try. They keep calling it new but they've had it for at least 2 years now!</p>
<p>You can get Manjari in the 200g cooking bars (we will have stock soon, I promise). The advantage of these, in the EU anyway, is they don't attract any tax as they are considered a cooking ingredient rather than a luxury item. It's also good in the 1kg blocks.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>The new Valrhona Grand Cru Araguani is only avalable in "beans", as far as I have seen. Why?<br />
If it is one of the Grand Cru, then it must a good chocolate for eating, not only for baking and cakes and mousse. It is not like they do not have the moulds. And the Manjari is not avalable in bar without orange peel. Irritating.[:(!]</p>
