Hi, it's been a while since I posted here. I have been searching for a fine cheese forum with no luck and wondered if any of you could help. I figured that many of you are into fine foods period, not just fine chocolate, so might know of somewhere.

I really want to find out what the different grades of Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano are. I know that there are several grades but don't know what their names are, or how to distinguish them from their labels or markings. Thanks for your help.
