Welcome, Brian! Don't be afraid to post or ask questions. I thought I knew some stuff about chocolate, but after beiing on this forum for some time I quickly discovered a whole new world out there (in the chocosphere).

Howdy,

My name is Brian and, as with other Forums I am a member of, I thought it necessary to post an introduction before I dove into the other sections of this fine forum. I hope I placed this little post in the correct area; I did not see any formal "introduction" section anywhere on the main page. None the less, here it goes...

I have been eating chocolates whicb you all might consider "substandard filth" since I was born, but love it none the less! I recently found this "Mecca" after being refered to it from a friend who knows of my obsession with the Pod. I come here hoping to learn more about the World of Chocolate beyond Dove and Lindt! It appears this is the place to do it...

Well, thats all I've got for now!
