Some big carriers are Qzina, also Sysco. I am sure there are more but that is who comes to mind for now. They are in North America.

The best we have in the USA is http://www.chocosphere.com. They sell mostly to the consumer but they also do wholesale accounts. They have the largest selection in the USA of fine chocolate and also the best customer service...

I would like to get advice on who is/are the biggest, the best and/or the most recognized (fine) chocolate distributors in England, Germany, Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Italy and the USA. Please, not bulk chocolate like so many distributors in the Netherlands.
