I recently saw this line of bars being sold at an organic bakery and decided to try one.

I sampled the 68% bar with nibs and it was very good for the price--$2.00 (US Dollars).

The chocolate was made from cocoa coming from the CONACADO cooperative in the Dominican Republic and the CACVRA and El Quinacho cooperatives in the Apurimac Valley in Peru.

The chocolate itself is very nice (good basic chocolate flavour with some green components and toasted malt) and I will talk about it in a more appropriate forum.

Was wondering if anyone had any experience or knowledge of this line of bars in terms of who really processes the raw cacao into bars, etc.

Sean
