Hi,
I am looking for an experienced chocolatier who will be willing to take me in to do an internship anywhere in Europe. Can anyone give me any ideas. I will really appreciate it. In addition, can anyone recommend a good place to do a chocolate course...not for beginners but something a bit more advanced. I will be in Europe in October and I am looking for anything that will help me advance myself and my business.
THANKS
