I do not care so much about consitency (as long it is not really gritty), taste is superior. And Plamil tastes ash.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>Plamil uses sunflower lechitine. It seems to work well, no problem with the concistency of the chocolate. Unfortunately, the taste of Plamil is awful.</p>
