We are in the process of starting a new chocolate company making our own chocolate from the bean. Yes, you heard that right. We are importing our own beans from Venezuela, Mexico, Madagascar, and Ghana for use in single origin bars.

One of the Salt Lake papers just ran an article about us. The girl that wrote the article didn't quite get all the details right (it was her second to last day as an intern) but, you can get the general flavor of what we are doing from the article.
