Pralus has made a new 100g bar from this years first Tobago Cocoa Estate harvest. According to Duane Dove, owner of Tobago Cocoa Estate, it will be released in Europe August/September. Selected shops in  France (Paris), Germany, Sweden and UK (London).

When FDA approved, probably late this autumn, you should be able to buy the bar in New York.

I've sampled a small piece but this chocolate is too fresh to judge.

Is Monmouth Coffee likely to be one of the London outlets from what you know? That's where I got it from last year.

Should be interesting to see how this year's vintage compares.
