The New York Chocolate Show is this weekend (Friday-Sunday). I just got back from a couple of hours of wandering around and talking to people that I had and hadn't met before. One thing is for sure, there is truly a lot going on in the chocolate world.

I'll be at the show again tomorrow and Sunday, at least for a couple of hours each day. Are there any Seventypercent.com regulars that will be there too? It would be nice to meet up and talk chocolate at the show, if even for a few minutes.
I have plenty of samples of my first bar, by the way. (a 70% Madagascar bar)
