	<description><![CDATA[<p>"The Starbucks-branded high-end chocolate will be created in part by Artisan Confections Co., a subsidiary of the Hershey, Pa., (NYSE: HSY) candy giant."</p>
<p>Artisan is the holding company that bought Scharffen Berger and Dagoba, so I'd guess they're looking to raise the price point rather than lower it...</p>

<p>Does anyone else here see a contradiction in terms within this headline? </p>
<p>Actually, Starbucks' old chocolates were actually fairly good overall, so who knows where this will be, but that they're signing on Hershey's suggests they're aiming for a lower price point.</p>
