	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi All! My first post here, loving this board.</p>
<p>Anyway, I am just trying to clarify this. Does the 32% cocoa butter in couverture mean total cocoa butter or added cocoa butter? If you made a 65% dark chocolate that would be approx. 32.5% cocoa butter right? So is that couverture or would it be 65% cocoa mass + 32% added cocoa butter to make it a couverture? </p>
