It is cold pressed, organic, extra virgin; all of "those". Apparently it is a Norwegian producer, see http://www.somanordic.com, but it is in norwegian only...

Thank you, agree absolutely. To be completely nuts though, found out recently that all this good things relate to RAW (non-heat processed) cocnut oil, which is hard to find. Most of the coconut oils i've came across on the market are heat-processed, therefore a different story. Does the oil you use as supplement states it's a non-heated?

Ellie: Coconut oil is solid but soft at room temperature, but it doesn't take much heat to melt it, so it would be easy to mix with chocolate powder. It is mainly saturated fat, but as monte suggested about fat in cacao, saturated fats aren't always bad for you. Coconut oil is actually good for the ability to burn fat, it is highly antibacterial and has lots of vitamins and minerals. And it tastes jummy! (I take it as a supplement, and use it in food. Tried it in the chocolate I used to cover orange-ganache in, and that was absolutely faboulus!)
