Hi everybody.

I'm fairly new to this site and indeed to the marvelous world of chocolate. I've been reading a bit around on these forums but this is my first post.

I've just come home from a week in Rome, where I bought a 1 kg bar of Amedei Chuao, feeling tempted to try and work with this excellent tasting product after reading about peoples exploits on this site. My birthday is coming up, and I want to treat my guests to something special. What I'm looking for is ideas or recipees for what to do with my treasure. My initial thought was to make a Gateau Marcell, but I'm sure there's a lot of good ideas floating around here, so feel free to share your favourite Chuao experiences.

Kind regards
istarios
