	<description><![CDATA[<p>Martin Christy gave us advice when we started Ah Cacao Real Chocolate so I guess we've almost gone full-circle! (Hope he sees this and remembers)</p>
<p>Anyway, Ah Cacao does make chocolate bars with mexican cacao (mostly "criollo" strains) but we don't have a pure porcelana bar (mainly for market reasons - porcelana cacao is about 4 times more expensive than criollo strains). Happy to answer any questions...</p>
