What about Domori Ocumare 61 and Ocumare 67? And the third one I can't remember what's called?

Chocolat du Maison does also have a 99% (produced by Valrhona), and I remember I bought a 100% or 99% from L'artisan du Chocolat - but can't remember the source. Both are available in London btw.

Chocolate is cheaper than therapy and you don't need an appointment.

here's a list of the 100's and 99's i know:

cluizel - 99
leysieffer - 99 (probably only available in germany)
bonnat - 100
enric rovira - 100
domori puro - 100
domori 75g - 100
chacao - 100
slitti - 100

i might have forgotten some. the easiest to eat is bonnat's. they add cocoa butter, but it is sweet without containing any sugar or sweeteners.

i think i'm gonna stick with the 99/100% bars. tried domori's 75er, it was really really good! i think the high cocao butter content goes a long way.

well, you're probably best off asking the manufacturers themselves.
but, generally, if you want chocolate with little or no sugar, stick to 99 or 100% bars. if you want to avoid fat as much as possible, stick to domori's chateau squares. very expensive, i know, but that's the only chocolate i can think of right now that has no added cocoa butter. at least off the top of my head.
going with domori's puro is one of your best options, no cocoa butter added either. this is not to say there isn't any in the bar, just that none has been added to the amount that occurs naturally in the bean. least that's domori's claim.

You will not find low fat chocolate. Cacao is 50-55% fat, so you can end your search. Cocoa powder is usually low in fat, though. If you're looking for low sugar chocolate, then eat chocolate with cocoa contents of 70% or higher. However, if you feel as if this percentage is too high, then I recommend a bar with artificial sweeteners. I'm not exactly too knowledgable regarding atrificially sweetened bars, and I believe there are other threads in this forum regarding this issue.

i have emailed the manufacturers, but after a few days only one (rococo) has responded. does anyone have or know where to obtain nutritional information for the following bars:

pierre marcolini grand cru cabosse, pure origine madagascar, fluer de cacao
domori chateau puertomar, porcelana
michel cluizel 60% amer

basically, i am looking for bars that either have little to no sugar, OR little to no fat. cheers!
