	<description><![CDATA[<p>There is a great one in FRance somewhere called Macarons Gourmands started by an MOF (Yannick Lefort)and widely regarded as excellent.<br />
Marcarons are a relative simple product to handle as they are always sent and handled frozen and simply defrosted overnight so they don;t create much wastage </p>
