You might want to do a search on Noka chocolate on our forum. There is much suspicion surrounding the sourcing of their beans.

Sean,

I think that Scott wrote the book, so-to-speak, on the suspicion surrounding Noka:

http://www.dallasfood.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=78
I believe the conclusion was that they don't source any beans at all.

Best,

Alan

I know you've all been clamoring for it. And the good folks at Noka Chocolate have finally heard your pleas. According to this press release, Noka will be available at Harrods for this holiday season. (Noka President Noah Houghton will be visiting the store on December 7th and 8th. I wonder if he'll be fielding questions.)

Enjoy!

Scott
