Didn't mean my post above to seem dismissive--it's always good to hear of a new organic and/or fair trade roaster! (It's just also nice when copy is correct :-)

Their website says:
"We are proud to be the first roaster of Fair Trade Certified™ cocoa beans and the only roaster of organic cocoa beans in the United States."

I just have to point out that this is clearly not true...Just to give one example, Dagoba's been doing both for years now.
