Not only is it hot, but it's a big retirement city, and there doesn't seem to be as much interest in fancy chocolate among older people. (Any "older people" present can feel free to prove me wrong - no offense intended at all.)

Does anyone know of any shops or suppliers out there which are worth investigating?

It occurs to me that Phoenix is unlikely to be a centre of excellence for chocolate, as is't so **** hot!
