I just recently tried their stuff at a chocolate show in NY city and have heard they are wonderful, but they truly are! Although, I don't know if there is another chocolate company by the same name that I'm confusing this with. This company is based out of San Francisco. i've just got through reading chloé doutre-roussel's book and she got me all curious about some of the stuff i haven't tried yet.
anyone know where i might get my hands on steve de vries and/or m. recchiuti chocolate in germany or per mail order in europe?
